For Landscapers, Builders & Property Managers

An Irrigation Crew Your Projects Can Count On

AN Irrigation Co Sprinkler Systems installs, repairs, and winterizes residential irrigation across Calgary and the surrounding towns. If you're a landscaper, builder, or maintenance company that needs a sprinkler sub you can put in front of your own clients, this page is for you.

Why Landscapers Hand Us the Irrigation

Irrigation sits in an awkward spot on a landscaping job. It has to go in after rough grade but before final grade and sod, which means the irrigation sub controls your schedule for a stretch whether you like it or not. Our calendar is built around that reality. When you book a rough-in with us, we show up on the day we committed to, because we know your sod delivery is already ordered and your client is already counting days.

We work from your plan, not against it. Send the planting plan and the hardscape layout and we design the zones around them: rotors for the open turf, sprays for the tight strips, low-flow heads in the beds so perennials get slow water instead of a lawn schedule. Head placement respects what you're planting, so nothing gets trenched through a root ball and no head ends up buried behind a mature shrub three summers from now.

A fair amount of our repair work comes in behind projects where the original irrigation was an afterthought: zones split across beds and turf, heads spraying the fence, a controller nobody labelled. If you inherit one of those on a renovation, we'll assess it with you before you commit your own schedule to it. Sometimes it's a repair, sometimes it's a full redesign, and it's cheaper for everyone to know which before the beds are planted.

How the Working Relationship Runs

Your client stays your client. We can quote through you or directly to the homeowner, whichever fits how you run your jobs, and either way the number is written and itemized before anything goes in the ground. When we're in front of your client we talk about irrigation and nothing else. We don't sell around you, and our sign doesn't go on the lawn unless you want it there.

You also get a direct line, not a dispatch queue. Scheduling calls get answered by someone who can look at the calendar and actually commit, and if weather or a supplier pushes a date, you hear it from us before it costs you a crew day.

Builders and New Construction

New builds run to their own rhythm: sleeves under the driveway while the ground is still open, stub-outs before the flatwork pours, and the full system once landscaping wraps. Sleeving costs almost nothing when the trench is open and gets painful after concrete, so we'd rather walk the site early and mark what the future system needs than bore under a finished driveway later. If you're building in phases, we'll plan the irrigation the same way.

Spring Start-Ups and Fall Blowouts for Your Client Book

If you maintain properties, the seasonal runs are the easiest thing to hand off. We fold your client list into our routes: every system pressurized and every head checked and adjusted in the spring, every zone blown down with proper air volume before freeze-up in the fall. Calgary frost doesn't negotiate, and a burst manifold in November turns into your phone ringing, not ours. One list from you, one confirmation back when the route is done.

Working With Us: Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work under our company's name on site?

Most partners simply introduce us as their irrigation crew, and that works fine. We show up in our own kit unless we've agreed otherwise. Tell us how you want it handled in front of your client and we'll match it.

How do partner terms work?

Person to person. Call us, tell us about your volume and how you like to quote, and we'll land on an arrangement that makes sense for both sides. Nothing on this page is a rate card, because the right setup depends on how you run your jobs.

Can you take our whole client list for fall blowouts?

Bring the list. Blowout routes run September through October and fill early, so the sooner we see the addresses the better the route we can build around them. You send one list, we send one confirmation when it's done.

Who handles warranty calls on systems you installed for our clients?

We do. If a head settles, a fitting seeps, or a wire connection fails on our workmanship, that call comes to us and we make it right. Your client relationship never carries our warranty load.

What areas do you cover?

Calgary and surrounding Alberta communities: Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, and the acreages between them. If a project falls outside that map, ask anyway. The answer is usually yes.

How to Start

No forms, no vendor onboarding packet. Call the number below or send the estimate form with a line about what you build or maintain and roughly how many properties a season we'd be talking about. We'll set up a short call, walk through how you like your jobs to run, and if it fits, the first project is how we prove it. Most of our partner relationships started with a single rough-in that had to land on a date, and landed.
